Information the developer collects

The released serverless version does not collect personal data through a developer-operated app server. It contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, IDFA use, contact-book access, public profile, or LOVETRIUM account.

This static website has no account, form, advertising, analytics, or tracking cookie. Its infrastructure provider may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site under that provider’s terms.

Information stored on your device

LOVETRIUM can store the following locally:

• processed transparent cutouts, thumbnails, compact source previews, and optional editing masks;
• item names, notes, dates, rights choices, visual bounds, and placement settings;
• sticker books, display cases, backgrounds, text decorations, and export settings;
• local exchange history, matching receipts, Love Points, and temporary passes.

This information is not automatically uploaded to the developer.

Photos and camera

PhotosPicker lets you choose specific images without giving LOVETRIUM broad access to your photo library. Camera access is requested only when you choose to take a photo. Permission to add to Photos is requested only when you choose to save an export.

Subject detection, mask correction, image processing, and local storage take place on the device.

Files you choose to exchange

A .lovetrium file can contain processed transparent images, thumbnails, item display metadata, visual bounds and contact anchors, rights settings, integrity hashes, session information, and an anonymous installation identifier. It is designed not to include the original source photo, Photos library identifier, EXIF record, precise capture location, email address, or contact list.

A .lovetriumreceipt acknowledges a matching local package and session. It does not prove a person’s identity, ownership of the photographed object, deletion of other copies, or transfer of copyright or other legal rights.

You decide where to send these files through the iOS Share Sheet. AirDrop, Messages, mail, Files, LINE, and other destinations process the file under their own privacy policies. The LOVETRIUM developer does not receive the file merely because you share it.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases and restoration. LOVETRIUM reads verified StoreKit entitlement information on the device to unlock purchased features. The released serverless version does not send purchase history to a developer server.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local items remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. When an explicit handoff is completed, LOVETRIUM removes reusable local media and display references for the sent item and can retain a small, non-reusable history record.

Deleting local data cannot delete a source photo, an earlier export, a screenshot, a shared file, or a copy held by another person or service. Because the developer does not hold an app account or cloud collection for this release, there is no remote account dataset for the developer to erase.

Children and changes

LOVETRIUM is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal data, and the developer does not knowingly collect such data through the app. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to use an app or share an image, obtain that permission first.

Material policy changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Privacy questions

Use the verified support channel in LOVETRIUM Settings. If the app cannot be opened, use the developer contact shown on the App Store product page. Do not send original photos or exchange packages unless support specifically explains why they are necessary.
