Collect with care. Share with respect.

1. Using LOVETRIUM

You may use LOVETRIUM to create local collection items from images you are permitted to use, arrange them in sticker books and display cases, export finished compositions, and exchange compatible files with people you choose.

The App Store’s applicable license terms also apply. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, or local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, do not use the app until that requirement is met.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You keep whatever rights you already hold in your photos and creations. You are responsible for what you create, display, export, and share.

Do not use LOVETRIUM to process or share content that:

• you do not have permission or a lawful basis to use;
• violates copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• is illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or intended to harm another person;
• contains a person when you do not have the permission required to share that image.

LOVETRIUM’s warnings and on-device detection do not verify identity, consent, authenticity, copyright ownership, or legality.

3. Local file exchange

LOVETRIUM creates .lovetrium files that you can send through a destination you select in the iOS Share Sheet. A recipient may import the file and return a .lovetriumreceipt. No LOVETRIUM account or developer-operated exchange server is used in this release.

Sharing a file is not proof that it was delivered or imported. A receipt is not proof of a person’s identity, legal ownership, deletion of copies, or acceptance of separate legal terms. Connectivity, file delivery, storage, and the conduct of each participant remain outside the developer’s control.

4. Letting go of an item

After importing a matching receipt, the sender may explicitly confirm that they want to let go of the local item. That action removes the reusable item and its display references from LOVETRIUM on that installation and may preserve a small, non-reusable history record.

The action does not delete source photos, earlier exports, screenshots, shared files, device backups, or copies held elsewhere. It cannot guarantee a unique copy, prevent the same photo from being imported again, or create an atomic global ownership transfer.

5. No transfer of legal rights

Exchanging or letting go of a LOVETRIUM item changes only how that item can be used inside LOVETRIUM on the participating installations. It does not transfer copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, title to a photographed object, authenticity, or any other legal right.

6. Purchases and Love Points

Eligible premium features are offered as non-consumable App Store purchases. Apple handles payment, refund, and purchase restoration under its terms. Availability and displayed price can vary by storefront. Do not use an external payment or license key to unlock in-app digital features.

Love Points and temporary passes are device-local app features. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed outside LOVETRIUM, and are not guaranteed to sync or restore after app deletion, device loss, or replacement.

7. Availability and your backups

Features can depend on iOS, device capability, available storage, Apple frameworks, StoreKit, and third-party Share Sheet destinations. Keep your own source photos and any exports you need. Do not treat LOVETRIUM or an exchange file as your only backup.

The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and support

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. For support, use the verified support channel in LOVETRIUM Settings or the developer contact shown on the App Store product page.
